TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking & Payment: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment, proof of payment, and a signed T&Cs form, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are specified by Glasshaus. Studio Use: The studio is for photography, videography, workshops, and related use. A maximum of 15 people is permitted unless otherwise approved. Smoking/vaping is prohibited. No food, drinks, makeup, oils, or shoes on furniture. Furniture must be lifted, not dragged, and returned to its original position. All rubbish must be removed (bins in parking area). The hirer is responsible for all guests adhering to studio rules. Booking time includes set-up and wrap-up. Late arrival will not extend the booking, and overtime will be charged if the space is not vacated on time (R1000/hour). No open flames or hazardous materials without approval. Noise must be kept respectful. All external vendors must be approved, and the hirer is responsible for them. Content creation services are separate from studio hire. Clients grant Glasshaus permission to share approved content unless agreed otherwise. Equipment, Damages & Cleaning: The hirer is responsible for all equipment and the space during the booking. Damages, losses, or excessive cleaning will be charged (cleaning from R500, décor from R1000, furniture from R1500). Storage fees may apply for items left behind. Events & Weddings: Guest count, setup, and breakdown must be communicated in advance. Additional fees may apply. Event cut-off time is 22:00. Deliveries/collections must be pre-arranged. Wedding hire is charged separately and includes exclusive use of the venue. Cancellations & Refunds: No refunds for cancellations; rescheduling may be accommodated. No refunds for unused time. Glasshaus may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a refund or alternative date will be offered. Glasshaus may deny access if terms are breached or payment is not received. Glasshaus is not liable for force majeure events. Liability & Insurance: Glasshaus is not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage. The hirer indemnifies Glasshaus against all claims and is responsible for their own insurance. Access & Security: Access details will be provided. The hirer must ensure the studio is locked and secure. Glasshaus is not responsible for items left on the premises. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
