Booking and Payment:

    •    Bookings can be made via the website or email and are confirmed upon receiving proof of payment and a signed T’s & C’s form / approved via checkout.

    •    Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

    •    Accepted payment methods are specified by Glasshaus.

 

Studio Use:

    •    The studio is designated for professional photography, videography, networking, workshops, and related activities.

    •    A maximum of 15 people is allowed per hire of the studio. For larger groups, contact info@glasshaus.co.za

    •    Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the premises.

    •    Food, drinks, makeup, shoes, tanning, or body oils are not permitted on any furniture. Damages or excessive cleaning will incur additional fees.

    •    Furniture must be moved by lifting, not dragging, to prevent floor damage.

    •    All furniture and props should be returned to their original positions, and all rubbish removed upon departure.

    •    The hirer is responsible for ensuring all team members and guests adhere to studio rules.

    •    Glasshaus must seek permission from all parties for any imagery or footage taken during the client’s booking.

    •    Glasshaus reserves the right to use any agreed-upon footage or imagery taken during a client’s booking on Glasshaus’ social media at their discretion.

 

Studio Equipment and Property:

    •    The hirer is responsible for all equipment and property during the hire period.

    •    Damages or losses caused by the hirer or their associates will be charged to the hirer. A cleaning fee starting from R500 per item / breakage fee for decor starting from R1000 or furniture from R1500.

 

Cancellation and Refunds:

    •    Cancellations are not eligible for a refund but may rescheduled up to 48hrs.

    •    Glasshaus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances; full refunds will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.

    •    No refunds are given for unused time.

 

Liability:

    •    Glasshaus is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the hire period.

    •    The hirer agrees to indemnify and hold Glasshaus harmless against any claims arising from the hirer’s use of the studio.

 

Insurance:

    •    Hirers are advised to have adequate insurance for their equipment and liabilities.

    •    Glasshaus does not provide insurance coverage for the hirer’s equipment or liability.

 

Studio Access and Security:

    •    Access details will be provided to the hirer.

    •    The hirer must ensure the studio is securely locked and equipment properly stored at the end of the hire period.

    •    Glasshaus is not liable for loss or damage to the hirer’s equipment or property left on the premises.
